Excellent! It has a potent herbal aroma and is very effective. I felt its impact immediately after taking it. Initially, my stomach was sensitive, causing an uneasy warming sensation, but this subsided after a week. I found it easier to eat without feeling queasy. There was noticeable die-off on the first day, and I took bentonite clay to manage this and aid detoxification. This product is definitely not for long-term use; I've read that a maximum course of 2 weeks is recommended, so I have followed this pattern: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, then another 2-week course to alleviate my symptoms.
